Units: ADCOM | ESAR | Ground SAR | K9 SAR | ORV

ESAR is Explorer Search and Rescue. It is a ground team consisting of teenagers from 14–18 years old. Explorers are a division of the Boy Scouts of America. Both boys and girls are welcome to join!

We enjoy working with youth, and training them to become excellent search volunteers. The youth are trained in the same skills as adults. They are experienced in backpacking, navigation, wilderness survival, and rescue techniques. You just need to have a love of the outdoors, enjoy hiking, and have a desire to help others.
